We strive to be accurate and up-to-date on our Web site but errors may occur. You will be advised of any major error promptly. Product prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice. Shipping costs are best estimates and not guaranteed; we only charge actual shipping cost + $2.00.

Shipping:   Some large items will incur an oversize charge by the Carrier. In some cases, item/s might be shipped via freight. Any items ordered that are not in stock will be placed on backorder unless otherwise specified by the customer. Shipping costs are charged at the time the item(s) ship. All orders are shipped in perfect condition. Claims for damage must be noted on the carrier's bill of lading and claimed accordingly within 2 weeks.

Warranty:  Products are warranted by the manufacturer. For installed merchandise that is within warranty call Nutone Service at 800-543-8687 or for Broan products call 800-558-1711. Homeproductsinc.com shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for consequential or incidental damages.

Returns  Products that have been used may not be returned. Otherwise, ship the return prepaid to us in new condition and include a copy of the invoice so you are properly identified.  There is a 20% restocking charge and shipping charges are not refunded.  In the event of shipping damage, the product is replaced without a restocking charge.

Damaged Items: If your item was damaged in transit, it must be reported to us within 14 days- must have original packaging and materials for inspection. 'Damaged' claims reported after 14 days of receipt will not be honored by the carrier and therefore credit and or replacement will no longer be applicable. Claims for damage must be noted on the carrier's bill of lading and claimed accordingly. If damages are are claimed within the 14 days with original packaging a replacement can be sent for "No Charge." 

Clearance Items: OUTLET STORE items are considered "CLEARANCE". This could be due to dinged packaging; minor scratches or maybe the product was sent for review or tried by customers and then returned to us. Every 'CLEARANCE' item is inspected and found to be in good operating condition; all are basically "like-new". Sometimes we have items that are not 'CLEARANCE' item at all, but have been discontinued from current production and we need to liquidate inventory. Availability is not guaranteed. All orders are on "First come, first served basis".
